The HR function aims to create optimal conditions for the development of a strong group by nurturing the corporate culture and helping individuals and teams grow as well as build their motivation and ambition by pursuing a policy of targeted recruitment in line with the values of the company.

At Sancella, the role played by Human Resources lies at the heart of the development strategy of the company. Our goal is to contribute to the personal development of our human capital, focusing on in-service training and the culture of excellence. Furthermore, we endeavor to enhance participative management to involve all employees and make them achieve progress both within the company and as individuals.
